Check – in after 16:00

Check – out before 10:00 am (Strict penalty fee – 3000JPY for every 15 minutes the cleaners are waiting for you)

Early check-in – If you arrive before the guests have checked out or before the room is ready please leave your luggage in our storage area (please don’t take the key as the cleaners need it to access the room to clean) if you arrive early and the room is already cleaned you can check-in immediately.

Late check-out – please leave the room before 10:00 am as we use a separate cleaning company whose schedule we can’t control and they charge 3000yen for every 15 minutes they have to wait for you. This fee will be deducted from whichever account you used to make the booking. However you can store your luggage for free in our storage room so you can make the most of your last day.

Storage spaces

If you arrive early before the room is ready or have a lot of time on your last day you can use our storage spaces to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out  so you can make the most of your day. It’s free to use.(Please check-out by 10 am and store your luggage here to avoid the cleaning companies expensive penalty fee of 3000JPY every 15 minutes).
Please first try and use the space on your floor (If it’s full then you can use the spaces on the other floors), the storage spaces are located opposite the stairs, for guests staying on 6th floor there is no space opposite the stairs so please use the spaces of the other floors).

Entrance

This is our building and the entrance is through the green door.

Keys for the apartment

The key is in the lockbox hanging on the door of your apartment we will give you the code once we have received a photo of your passport (For residents of Japan you do not need to provide your passport but we need your phone number, name and address). Please remember to put the key back when checking out, also if your group decides to split up you can leave the key in the mailbox so whoever comes home can access the room. Make sure to check your app/email/website for the apartment you booked.
– GREEN on 3rd floor,
– ORANGE on 4th floor,
– BLUE on 5th floor or
– RED on 6th floor
Please remember to leave the key in the mailbox on your last day when you check-out as the cleaners need it to access and prepare the room for the next guests (if you accidentally take the key with you and are unable to return it before the next guests arrive there will be a fee of 3000JPY so please be careful)
